Dear PSTD Members and Future Members,

Happy New Year!

As we usher into 2025, I am filled with gratitude for your unwavering dedication to advancing talent development in our country. This year marks a new chapter for the Philippine Society for Talent Development as we celebrate our 60th Anniversary, also known as the Diamond Jubilee. I am honored and humbled to serve as your President as we embark on this journey of BLAZING ๐“๐Ž๐†๐„๐“๐‡๐„๐‘.

Our goals as a society remain clear:

๐„๐‹๐„๐•๐€๐“๐„ the Talent Development profession by becoming the Go-To Organization for best practices in developing talents.

๐„๐๐”๐ˆ๐ the Talent Development practitioners with in-demand capabilities of the present and the future.

๐„๐๐†๐€๐†๐„ the talent development practitioners, partners, and stakeholders so they can connect, collaborate, and contribute to elevating the talent development profession.

They say that Diamonds are a symbol of a relationship that has endured many challenges and represent light and faithfulness. Inspired by this, we will focus on:

๐ƒ๐ˆ๐ฏ๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ๐ข๐Ÿ๐ฒ๐ข๐ง๐  our portfolio of offerings to cater to all HR, L&D, and OD professionals by leveraging our TD framework.

๐€๐๐ฏ๐จ๐œ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐  for national talent development, we bring our advocacies to life by finding opportunities to participate in policy and process-making initiatives that impact the Filipino talent. We aim to position PSTD as a key advocate for national policies and programs that prioritize workforce upskilling and capability development reform.

๐Œ๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ญ๐ข๐ฉ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐ข๐ง๐  our membership and forging new partnerships with various organizations local and international. ๐Ž๐ฉ๐ญ๐ข๐ฆ๐ข๐ณ๐ข๐ง๐  member (volunteer and non-volunteer) engagements by enhancing member experiences through tailored services, a wide array of resources, and opportunities for growth and recognition.

๐๐ฎ๐ซ๐ญ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ข๐ง๐  ๐Ÿ๐ฎ๐ญ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ž ๐ฅ๐ž๐š๐๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ by building a pipeline of future talentsโ€”including the Professional Team, Board of Trustees, Committee Chairs, Volunteers, Facilitators, and Hostsโ€”through mentorship, training, and volunteerism opportunities.
