  • First Gawad Maestro Awards;

    First National Convention in Davao.

  • Promulgated a Code of Ethics for Trainers and Standards for Trainers

    Organized the 8th International Conference with ARTDO & IFTDO

  • Promulgated a Code of Ethics for Trainers and Standards for Trainers;

    Organized the Asian Regional Training and Development Organization (ARTDO), a network of T & D organizations in Asia and the Pacific.

  • Spearheaded National Manpower Training & Development Week (Presidential Proclamation 1142).

    Became a charter member of the International Federation of Training & Development Organizations (IFTDO).

  • Registered the society under the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

  • Formed by a group of 19 Filipino trainers who saw the importance of developing the evolving field of manpower training.

  • Created competency framework for the Filipino WLP practitioner;

    Set-up Northern Mindanao chapter.

  • Updated Code of Ethics for the Filipino Trainer.

  • Held the 38th ARTDO International HRD and Leadership Conference in Manila; set-up Davao Chapter.

  • Established tie-up with De La Salle University College of St. Benilde – SPACE for all their trainer development programs.
