Philippine Society for Talent Development Makes History with Launch of ‘The Talent Journey Playbook’ alongside Global Icon Dr. William J. Rothwell

MANILA, PHILIPPINES — The Philippine Society for Talent Development (PSTD) has officially marked a major milestone in the country’s human capital sector with the launch of its first-ever published book, The Talent Journey Playbook.

The historic launch took place on June 11, 2026, at the Discovery Suites in Ortigas Center, gathering over a hundred human resources leaders, learning and development (L&D) practitioners, and people managers from across the private sector, government, and academe.

To celebrate the release, PSTD hosted an exclusive masterclass and media launch featuring world-renowned talent development authority, Dr. William J. Rothwell. Dr. Rothwell led an intimate learning session, sharing cutting-edge global strategies and a practical roadmap designed to help Filipino leaders navigate complex organizational transformations and elevate workforce capabilities.
