No big savings for outsourcing.
Your company, which may be looking to save as much
as 60 percent by outsourcing, might be in for a big
surprise when it comes to bottom-line numbers.
According to research by TPI, a Woodlands,
Texas-based sourcing advisory firm, 15 percent
was the average savings. The research is based on
outsourcing contracts signed between 2003 and 2005.

Foreword by Tom Peters

and Bad Behavior.
Everyone knows how to run for cover, or if
adequately provoked, step up to these confrontations
in a way that causes the situation to quickly
deteriorate. Crucial Confrontations teaches
you how to deal with violated expectations in a way
that solves the problem at hand, and doesn't harm
the relationship—and in fact, even strengthens it. |
