Description of the Talk

In today's trying times where organizations are mandated to do budget cuts and "do more with less", the role of the training organization has become increasingly important to strengthen the workforce and build organizational capability.  For training organizations to become successful, they must have a talented development team that can produce training products which are demand-driven, needs-based and results oriented.  By mixing different training methodologies and technology, it is indeed possible to deliver not only the right learning solutions but  innovative solutions that can be exported and implemented to other training organizations.

The session provides an overview of Intel Corporation's training network and learning environment.  It also discusses key points to follow in developing globally competitive training professionals and examples of world class innovative solutions implemented by Intel Philippines.
