Description of the Talk

Studies bear out that people who bring joy into their daily life and work are more likely to be resilient under pressure.  They are calm, productive, creative, energetic, healthy, optimistic, committed and liked by both bosses and peers. A professional attitude was once described as taking the self lightly, laughing in the face of problems and staying upbeat white pursuing one’s goals”. Humor has been seen therefore as man’s most elegant coping mechanism and was considered good for body, mind and spirit while laugher has been prescribed to be used as buffer against stress and its toxic effects.  Laughter has been recommended to help people regain psycho-emotional balance and overcome pain, tension or stress.  It is seen as a natural catharsis process, which re-balances the stress chemicals produced in our bodies by painful emotions. The workshop therefore, is fun time for participants as they give their brains a break and tickle their funny bones to bring back vitality, resiliency and enthusiasm into their life and work.
