DESCRIPTION OF THE TALK
It is easy to learn as long
as one is provided the “natural-optimal” environment.
Factors relevant to consider to get the best out of the
learning experience are Time of Day for better
comprehension, Sleep and Laughter as stimulants for
the right chemical flow, Rest and Downtime as
strengthening tool in memory integration, environmental cues
like color, scent, background music as a coder, sequencing
of presentation for best attention, movement as an important
initiator of storing information.
Teaching
with the Brain and Body in Mind
taps strategies which are dependent on the natural processes
of the brain: how our brain reacts to incoming stimulation.
Learning new information should flow according to this
pattern in order to be processed and organized well by our
system for maximal effect. |
