Below are some of our active requirements~

Programmer and Configurator (Oracle/SQL)
Minimum 4-6 years in Oracle environment
With substantial experience in SQL & PL/SQL application development
Substantial working experience with Cognos ReportNet
Competent in Unix & Windows environments
Excellent communication & organization

Programmer and Configurator (Business Objects)
Minimum 2 years experience in Business Objects 6.5 Report Development
Must be well-versed in writing Oracle 8i SQL queries
Solid experience in the area of Data Warehousing
Experience in BO Universe Design experience using Designer tool is a preference
Must have adequate experience in web development using technologies such as HTML, ASP, XML, XSLT
Retail Industry experience a preference but not a must
Excellent oral and written communication skills

Cognos Report Developers
At least 1 to 2 years experience in using any of the following COGNOS components:
• Cognos Controller
• Cognos DecisionStream
• Cognos Finance
• Cognos Impromptu
• Cognos Metrics Manager
• Cognos NoticeCast
• Cognos Performance Applications
• Cognos Planning
• Cognos PowerPlay
• Cognos ReportNet
· Must have good understanding of Data Warehousing concepts
· Capable of writing SQL Scripts
· Technical documentation experience is a plus
Excellent oral and written communication skills

Informatica Developers
· At least 1 to 2 years experience in using Informatica. More
experienced applicants are most welcome.
· Must have good understanding of Data Warehousing concepts specially
Extract Transform and Load process.
· Must have familiarity in connecting Informatica to various types of
source systems.
· Has solid foundation on data validation practices and techniques.
· Technical documentation experience is a plus.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Sharepoint Portal Developers
· At least 2-4 years experience in Sharepoint programming.
· Has extensive experience on Sharepoint 07, Sharepoint Beta.
· Must have .Net development skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills.

JAVA Developers (Senior/Consultant Level)
/ Java Architects

Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Java/J2EE (Servlets, EJB, etc.)/ 8-10 years for Java Architects
Experience in the design, development, and testing of object- oriented multi-tiered information systems
Experience and knowledge in:
• Java technologies and frameworks, Relational Databases, Operating systems
• Middleware applications (e.g. MQ Series, MS Message Queue, MS Transaction Server)
• Workflow, and enterprise integration
• Application Server
Use of design patterns, idioms, and package architecture principles [for Java Architects]
Excellent English communication skills

Technical Lead - Datawarehouse (Senior Consultant level)
Responsibilities
• Assess current technical infrastructure
• Recommend changes in the technical infrastructure to support the business requirements for implementing the datamarts
• Project Manage offshore team
• Facilitate client technical meetings
• Knowledge transfer off-shore for 3-4months Skills
• Min. 3-5yrs experience as Team Lead
• Knowledgeable in logical and physical data modeling (preferably of datamarts/datawarehouses)
• Experienced in ETL process (preferably in MS DTS)
• Offshore Project Management
• Knowledge of RDBMS (preferably SQLServer)

Lead Developer -
5 yrs in IT/ 3yrs in C#.Net
experience with desktop applications and multi-threading in C# .Net.
The person will be responsible for managing the other two developers.
Technical design experience
Full development lifecycle experience would be a plus.

C#.Net Developers
3yrs in .Net technology
desktop application and C# experience.
Experience in Winforms, Webservices, UML, Sybase

Cobol Resources
Knowledge and experience in: COBOL, *CICS, *DB2, *JCL, VSAM, SERENA,
FILE-AID, XPEDITER, PLATINUM
•Senior Consultant -- at least 8-10 years in IT; at least 5 years in mainframe; good communication/consulting skills; PM or Project lead profile; will elicit and manage requirements; will perform functional and technical reviews; might be assigned off-shore for requirements clarification
•Consultants -- at least 6-8 years in IT; at least 5 years in mainframe; will prepare detail design; develop and test Senior •Assoc. or Associates (trained in MicroFocus) -- will prepare detail design; develop and test

Tester
Has at least 4+ years experience in test script preparation, execution,
Performance & Sanity Test
Experience in automation testing with Mercury (Loadrunner, Winrunner and Test Director), Micro Systems' OPERA PMS Good English communication skills

Business Analysts
4-5 years experience in Business Analysis
Knowledge in and experience with current IM applications (e.g. eRoom, eQuest, Exchange Public Folders, Documentum, Filenet, Hummingbird, Plumtree, CMS, Domino) is desired
Experience with MS SharePoint technology
Excellent communication skills

My company (my team, in particular) is looking for a Training Assistant. The need, I must say, is urgent. Below is a summary of the minimum qualifications/ requirements that we are looking for. Historically, we've had all ladies filling the position, but that doesn't mean it's a precedent that would hinder us from getting a guy, if ever. We have no preference whatsoever in gender. What matters is that he/she is dedicated, a team player and has a really good personality (sense of humor is an advantageous extra! *smile*).

Main responsibility is to provide logistics and clerical assistance to the Training & Development Management team. This includes reservation and set-up of training venues, coordination with food suppliers, preparation of training materials, registration of participants, coordination with participants and resource speakers, collation of post program reports, and the like.

• Systematic, organized, thorough, attentive to details
• Ability to communicate with different levels in the  
   organization
• With at least 2 years experience in administrative
    functions, with an interest to pursue a career in Training
    & Development
• Preferably a graduate of Psychology, Business
   Management, Communications or any related 4-year
   course
• Proficient in computer and desktop publishing software
   (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and a plus: PageMaker, Visio)
